As a customer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the book. To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@feyore.co.uk to inform us of your decision.

To qualify for a refund, the book must be returned in its original condition, unopened, and in its original packaging. Items that have been opened or damaged are not eligible for return.

To return your book, please follow these steps: Contact us to notify us of your intent to return. Securely pack the book and include a copy of your order confirmation. Ship the item back to us at the address provided upon your return request.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the book is defective or was sent incorrectly. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If you receive a damaged or faulty book, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will cover the return shipping costs in this case.
